You can cancel your Tickzen subscription at any time directly through your dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our AI-powered stock reports and subscription access, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated or reports have been generated.
2.1 Free Plan
Users are encouraged to use our Free Plan to evaluate the service before upgrading to a paid plan.
2.2 Exceptional Cases
If you experience a technical error where a report was not generated despite a successful charge, please contact us within 7 days for a manual credit or refund review.
Important: Refund eligibility in exceptional cases is determined after review of billing and system logs. Approved remedies may include either a refund or an equivalent account credit.
