What is Tickzen? +

Tickzen is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that helps investors make informed decisions. We provide technical analysis, fundamental analysis, stock screening, portfolio tracking, and market news to give you a comprehensive view of the market and individual stocks. Our platform combines advanced machine learning algorithms with financial data to identify trends and patterns that might not be immediately apparent to human analysts. Learn more on our About page.

Is Tickzen offering financial advice? +

No, Tickzen does not provide personalized financial advice. The information, analysis, and tools we provide are for informational and research purposes only. Our platform helps you analyze market data and trends, while final decisions remain entirely with you. For more details, please review our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

How does Tickzen's AI technology work? +

Tickzen uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze vast amounts of financial data, including price movements, trading volumes, company fundamentals, financial statements, market news, and social media sentiment. Our AI models identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies that might indicate investment opportunities or risks. The technology continuously learns from new data, improving its accuracy over time. Visit our Technology page for an in-depth explanation of our approach.

How accurate are Tickzen's predictions? +

While we strive for high accuracy in our analyses, it's important to understand that stock market predictions inherently involve uncertainty. Our AI models provide probabilistic assessments based on historical data and current market conditions, but cannot predict unforeseen events or market shocks. We recommend using our analyses as one of several tools in your investment decision-making process, not as the sole determinant.

Which markets does Tickzen cover? +

Tickzen covers U.S. stock markets including NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX. We provide data and analysis for publicly traded U.S. equities across all major exchanges. Our current focus is exclusively on U.S. stocks — we do not currently cover ETFs, mutual funds, cryptocurrencies, or international markets. For the latest list of supported tickers, visit our Stock Analyzer.

Can I have multiple user profiles under one account? +

Currently, each account can only have one user profile. However, you can create multiple portfolios and watchlists within your account to organize your research by strategy, goal, or any other criteria that suits your needs. We're considering adding support for multiple user profiles under one account in future updates, particularly for family accounts or multi-user team workflows.

What subscription plans does Tickzen offer? +

Tickzen offers four plans for AI-powered stock analysis. All plans are focused exclusively on stock analysis reports — content automation pricing is separate.

  • Free Plan ($0): 5 stock analysis reports per month (resets monthly) with full Pro‑level analysis and metrics. Perfect for new users and casual researchers.
  • Pro Plan ($15/month): 35 stock analysis reports per month. Same full Pro‑level content as Free users but with a higher monthly quota.
  • Pro+ Plan ($39/month): 100 stock analysis reports per month. Everything in Pro, plus advanced risk metrics, AI directional insights, entry timing windows, projection ranges, analysis scenarios, and full scenario summaries.
  • Enterprise Plan: Contact sales for pricing and unlimited reports. Everything in Pro+, plus full REST API access, custom integrations, dedicated account manager, SLA guarantees, white-label reports, and custom data pipelines.

Visit our Pricing page to compare plans and get started.

What is included in the Free Plan? +

The Free Plan gives you 5 stock analysis reports per month at no cost — no credit card required. Each report includes full Pro-level analysis, such as:

  • AI-powered insights and commentary
  • Advanced technical indicators (MACD, SMA, HV, Beta)
  • Ownership, valuation and support/resistance data
  • Sentiment scoring and fundamental overview
  • Early access to new features

Quota resets every month. Once you hit the five‑report cap, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue generating reports.

What is the difference between Pro and Pro+? +

Pro ($25/month) gives you 40 reports per month with advanced technical indicators, ownership data, valuation metrics, support/resistance levels, and sentiment scoring — ideal for users who need deeper analysis than the free tier.

Pro+ ($45/month) gives you 80 reports per month and adds everything in Pro plus:

  • Projection range (min/max bands)
  • Potential analysis scenarios
  • AI directional insights: Positive, Neutral, or Cautious
  • Entry timing windows
  • Risk metrics: VaR, Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio, max drawdown
  • Full scenario summary narrative

Pro+ is best for active researchers and creators who need comprehensive risk-adjusted analysis.

How does the Enterprise Plan work? +

The Enterprise Plan is priced by quote and designed for teams, developers, and institutions that need unlimited access and programmatic integration. Contact our sales team to discuss volume, API access, or custom terms.

Enterprise includes everything in Pro+, plus:

  • Full REST API access — integrate Tickzen reports directly into your own applications
  • Custom integrations and data pipelines
  • Dedicated account manager
  • SLA guarantees
  • White-label report output

You are billed only for the reports you generate. There is no minimum commitment. To get started with Enterprise, please visit our Pricing page or contact our team.

Do the plans include content automation or WordPress publishing? +

The subscription plans listed above cover stock analysis reports only. WordPress content automation is a separate feature set and is not included in the plan quotas above. If you use the WordPress publishing workflow, the reports consumed count against your stock analysis quota in the same way as manual analyses.

For questions about large-scale publishing workflows or custom automation pricing, please contact us directly.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time? +

Yes. You can upgrade from any plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change will apply at the start of your next billing cycle and your remaining quota for the current period will continue to be available until renewal.

Enterprise customers on the pay-per-report model can switch to a monthly plan at any time. Contact our support team if you need assistance with a plan change.

Which browsers are supported? +

Tickzen works best with modern web browsers. We officially support:

  • Google Chrome (latest 2 versions)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest 2 versions)

We've designed our website to be fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across different screen sizes.
